When you book with Express Mold Inspection, your request, appointment, estimate, laboratory samples and report are handled in HummiPilot, the private system that Home Enviro, LLC developed for its own inspection work. Here is what it does for you, and what a person always checks.

Your Inspection, Step by Step

Five parts of your job that HummiPilot keeps organized

1. Scheduling your appointment

  • Your website request or phone call is recorded with the property details you gave us, so you do not have to repeat them.
  • Your appointment is placed on our synchronized company calendar with an arrival window.
  • We confirm the appointment with you, and when your inspector is on the way you can receive an arrival time message with a map link.

2. Preparing your estimate

  • Your estimate is built from the services you need and the size of your property.
  • You can review and sign your estimate electronically.
  • Each estimate shows how long its pricing is valid.

3. Keeping communication in one place

  • Calls and voicemails on our business line and the emails we send you are kept in one system, so anyone on our team can see where your job stands.
  • Emails we send you are logged with the exact documents attached.
  • Our team may use AI assisted writing to word messages clearly, and a person reviews every message before it is sent.

4. Coordinating your laboratory samples

  • Samples taken at your property are listed on a chain of custody form on the laboratory's official template.
  • When results arrive from the laboratory, our staff match them to your job before anything is sent.
  • Your results are never sent automatically.

5. Delivering your inspection report

  • Your report is assembled from the inspector's notes, readings, photographs and laboratory values.
  • Home Enviro's licensed assessor reviews and approves every finding before the report is delivered.
  • Your invoice, receipt and documents stay together, so a copy is easy to provide later.
What to Expect Today

Staff send, HummiPilot prepares

Confirmations, reminders, arrival times, documents and review invitations are prepared in HummiPilot and sent by a member of our team. Fully automated confirmation texts are being tested and are not yet used with customers. You will never be asked to create an account or install anything to work with us.

Your information stays private. HummiPilot is a staff only system, and no customer records, documents or results are ever published on this website.

FAQ

Questions customers ask about HummiPilot

Will I need an account or app to work with Home Enviro?

No. HummiPilot is used only by Home Enviro staff. You receive your estimate, invoice, laboratory results and report by email or by a private link that we send you.

Are the texts and emails I receive automated?

No. HummiPilot prepares confirmations, reminders, arrival times and documents, and a Home Enviro team member reviews and sends each one.

Does HummiPilot decide my mold test results?

No. An accredited laboratory analyzes your samples and Home Enviro's licensed assessor interprets the results and writes the conclusions in your report.
